Back spasms
I hate the fact that I was in a car accident a few months ago. I never thought it would be such a big deal. I am unable to sleep most nights. It’s impossible for me to get comfortable, I use to only sleep on my back. Now I end up rolling around even sleeping on my stomach which j never use to do only to wake up and move around some more. :/
